Vortex is designed to be a Serdang Heritage Incubator, mainly to bring together all different races in Malaysia. According to the research on articles, although might be more than just one races in the country, but there always will be a similar point which reach a balance to all races.

With explorations on the activities and spaces which suitable to combine the site with the neighborhood content, the activities planned for the spaces are entertainments and lecturing purposes. The adaptations of the green design of Vortex are focus on reusing the natural energies such as wind, natural lighting and landscaping.
