Wicker Learning Hub seeks to revitalize the proposed area with rattan handicraft which can emerge and sustain from time to time for the building. The integration of using rattan as the main element is to create an ever-changing facade which can be done by the public. Allowing an opportunity to exhibit the works by public. 

At the same time, in order to raise the awareness of handicraft to the community, it gives a sense of porosity to the site to allow public have direct visual contact with the elements inside. Each of the projection of spaces is trying to emphasize the dialogue with surrounding as well, not just with buildings but also environment and most importantly is people. Thus, a sense of porosity is created at entrance to welcome public.
